Kathleen Hogan is a founding member of United Capital, formerly Trevethan Capital Partners (TCP). As a Managing Director, she takes a holistic approach to advising individuals, families and corporate executives in all facets of personal financial planning. These include investment management, asset allocation, insurance and estate planning. Kathleen began her career as a business consultant in the areas of human capital management, regulatory compliance and employee benefits. She transitioned her career to the securities industry with Stone & Youngberg, LLC, a specialty bond underwriting firm in downtown San Francisco. Later, Kathleen joined the Trevethan Group of Oppenheimer, Inc. in 2004 to provide education services to retirement plan participants and further grow the relationships with the team's high-net-worth clientele. Kathleen has earned the designation Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), which she completed at The Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. She is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.

Kathleen Hogan is a 14 year resident of San Francisco and a Bay Area native. She earned a BA from UC Santa Barbara. Kathleen and her husband, Darren, live in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood, and in her free time she enjoys playing golf.
