Paul Jarvis, CFP®, CTFA
Paul Jarvis leads United Capital's office in Fargo, North Dakota. He works with both individual and corporate clients with an emphasis on retirement planning and family transitional wealth. His overarching goal is to help clients better understand their financial lives and make objective and informed decisions. He loves challenging the status quo and believes that clients are best served when they play an active role in the design and creation of their personal plans and strategies.
Paul’s responsibilities include advancing and coordinating the advice and financial planning activities at the Fargo office. His specialties lie in integrating and enhancing the advice and planning process and working strategically with clients on a variety of wealth counseling issues.
An often-requested speaker, Paul has presented at events including military financial readiness conferences, North Dakota Women’s Network and financial planning workshops. He is a recognized professional in wealth management appearing in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Investment News, CNN Money, Yahoo Finance, Hudson Star-Observer, Prairie Business Magazine and the Fargo Forum. Paul has also been featured on KFGO radio for a segment on retirement planning and was recognized as the only North Dakotan named to the Medical Economics magazine’s 2011 and 2012 Best Financial Advisors for Doctors list.
Paul is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certificant, and he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, where he studied Business Law and English. An avid golfer and outdoorsman, Paul lives in Fargo, North Dakota with his wife, Ann, and their three children.
Stacey Robinson is a Relationship Manager for the United Capital office in Fargo with 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her primary role is to provide top-tier support to firm clients and facilitate the relationship between clients and their financial planning teams. Stacey’s attention to detail ensures that strategies will be implemented to help meet the unique needs of clients and their families.
A native North Dakotan, Stacey is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She graduated with honors from Cannon Trust School in 2003, earning the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
In her spare time, she is an avid UND hockey fan and looks forward to the college season each year. Stacey enjoys being active with her family and following her daughters’ competitive gymnastics team. Stacey lives in West Fargo with her husband, Mike, and their daughters, Sydney and Sofie.
Director Of Operations
Teresa Matthews-Fletcher brings 20 years of experience in the financial advisory arena, with the previous eight years being at United Capital. Her vast knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory policies, combined with her experience with industry rules and regulations, are assets she brings to our team each day. She also manages back office-related activities with our custodial relationships and ensures our clients receive consistent, complete service at all times. Teresa keeps the trains on the tracks as she supports multiple advisers all across the country.
When Teresa finds spare time, she loves to travel and will pretty much go anywhere with a beautiful beach. She enjoys planning weekend trips and spending time laughing with her group of friends and family, especially Cody, her son.
Client Service Specialist
Cailey Burman started her journey with United Capital in June 2013 as a Client Service Associate and then moved over to the Centralized Services Department in March 2016. She is enjoying the growth from her new role as a Centralized Service Specialist. Cailey is also currently working toward a degree in Finance as a part-time student.
In her free time, she enjoys being outside with her daughter, Marlee, camping, hiking and traveling. She also likes to paint and spend time volunteering.
