Your Retirement. Our Common Sense Approach
Established in 1993, The United Capital Indianapolis office has built a successful practice by working for our clients and not for corporate shareholders.
What makes us different? Our primary focus is helping people with their retirement needs. We provide ideas and strategies on how to maximize your income at retirement with an emphasis of assuming the least amount of risk. Our job is not to sell you financial products but to provide you information and education so you can make informed and intelligent decisions for a comfortable retirement. We start by gathering information with a candid discussion about your retirement objectives. Then we prepare a 2nd opinion analysis for your review. At that point you can decide to implement the ideas on your own, with your current financial adviser or give us a try. We keep it simple and communicate in plain English. This is why we call it “a common sense approach to your retirement”.
Independent, Unbiased and Objective
The safe keeping of our client’s investments is a high priority, therefore our custodian of choice is Charles Schwab & Company. One of our core values is to always do the right thing, therefore we are sensitive to fees and have no in-house proprietary products to sell you. Our firm is independent and not owned by a bank, insurance company or brokerage house. Unlike a broker who receives commissions, clients don’t have to question our motives. Our interest is in your best interest. Our job is to provide unbiased advice based on a fee, and not on a commission. We believe this method of compensation keeps us on the same side of the table as our clients.
Our clients are individuals who want to be involved in their financial decisions but don’t necessarily call themselves experts. Our philosophy is that managing client expectations is just as important as managing their retirement nest egg.
We welcome you to contact us for a complimentary no-obligation meeting. The meeting will allow you to get to know us and let you ask any retirement/investment questions. You can learn about different retirement risks and topics like investments, taxes, insurance, social security, long-term care, health care and risk management. Please contact us with any additional questions you may have and we thank you for visiting our site.
