We are committed to the financial planning process
We believe that our clients must set their own goals. It is our responsibility to educate them in the process and assist them to define, quantify and prioritize their goals.
We believe financial planning involves maximizing your wealth. We define wealth as integrating all of your resources – financial as well as emotional.
Where appropriate, we believe in integrating key areas of financial planning-Asset Management, Asset Protection, Cash Flow Management, Tax Management.
The level of communication between us will determine success. Financial Planning is personal, so we often ask that you share with us some of the many things that you don’t often share with anyone but your family.
We believe that you should be involved in your plan as we are. This means that we will often ask you for help in gathering information or talking with other advisers who may have this information.
“Our business is built on three pillars: Competence, Caring and Conservatism.”
We are committed to professionalism
Certified Financial Planners
We are CFP licensees and active in our professional organizations. Continuing education is a necessary and mandatory quality which enables us to continue to practice with the highest standards.
All information collected from clients is treated with the strictest confidence and will only be released with the express permission of our clients.
Our primary allegiance is to our client. If commitment on the part of the client is not forthcoming, we will not agree to an engagement.
We are committed to a fundamental investment philosophy that includes the following elements:
Risk and Return
We believe in appropriate measures of risk and return.
We believe that the asset allocation decision which sets portfolio policy is the most important decision with regard to long-term portfolio performance.
We do not believe in timing the market. We believe that if your time horizon is greater than three years, you should accept some of the volatility risk of the stock market. For those needs that occur in less than three years, you should not accept the risk.
We believe that there should be regular reviews of a client’s situation to determine if he or she is continuing to move toward his goals.
We accept fiduciary responsibility
We believe that we are uniquely qualified to integrate the skills and talents of financial planning with investment skills, knowledge and technology previously available only to institutional clients, for the benefit of our clients.
