Administration Manager

The Administrative Manager position is located in one of our regional offices. We offer a competitive salary with access to a 401k plan and health insurance. Candidates should be familiar with the financial planning industry.
Job Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Greeting Clients when they arrive for appointments
- Answering incoming calls to the regional office
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments
- Actively participating in Client case preparation
- Assisting with Client Management and Service System
- Assisting with Practice Management System
- Processing and Tracking New Business documentation
- Maintaining Mail Log and Checks & Services Logs
- Maintaining Client files
