Jennifer Davis
Director of Human Resources
Jennifer Davis is responsible for guiding and managing all aspects of Human Resources policies and programs for United Capital, including performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, employment and regulatory compliance, employee relations and also overseeing the administrative staff.
Jennifer has been in the Human Resources industry for over 13 years, and created two HR Departments with previous employers from the ground up. Prior to joining United Capital, Jennifer worked in various industries including mortgage, commercial real estate and entertainment.
Originating from the Northwest, Jennifer attended The Art Institute of Seattle, is affiliated with SHRM and was previously on the Board of Trustees with the Northwest Recruiters Association.
